that is the idea of how far Scythe fell, thankfully landing in water, hes covered in a rock shell that is built to protect him in deep waters... he can survive a belly flop from that distance!

I did keep that part though, Hyper beam is a powerful move but needs your pokemon to recharge after it, since its more of a last ditch effort attack
also the rain is dwindling down a bit in here lol

Wouldn't a rock shell just help him sink in deep waters? Luckily, kabutops probably doesn't literally have a rock shell, just a hard one.
Did Kin faint? He seems kind of wimpy, either he got beat by a little trilobity thing by getting stuck once (you'd think that bulk would keep him going down in one hit), or he just watched his dainty, much smaller teammate get helplessly run at after his opponent took a huge blow to save an partner over twice as big as he is. You'd expect a little more from a gargantuan Sumo-bear.
